I had recieved several letters from companies wanting to buy my land over the years. When i got ready to sell i looked up some of those companies they were not legit.
So i turned to google to look up companies. Haystack was first one listed. I give God the credit for that one because Haystack is not listed first. Im so glad we made the transaction with them, with out a doubt they are legit and reputable

I had received similar letters offering to buy land and had contacted a couple of companies in the past and even agreed on a price. But when it came to the actual written offers to purchase with these other buyers, the terms were ridiculous with very low deposits, very long waiting periods before closing, and an out for the buyer at the end of the waiting period including a full refund of their deposit if they decided not to proceed. I would not sign a deal like that. But Haystack Land Company made a fair offer with reasonable terms and I accepted it. I am glad I did. Everything went smoothly, communication was good as they promised, and the sale went through.
